Pancake with a mountain of sugar, drowned in a lake of lemon juice.

Yey! Snap! Only with chocolate spread, and then with lemon juice, and then with cheese. I even managed to flip them without injuring myself or others, for once. Am domestic goddess. Bloody marvellous.

You are indeed a domestic goddess. After I got half-cooked pancake all over the kitchen mirror, I decided it was best to focus on my strengths, ie eating and drinking. We also had chocolate, and maple syrup, as well as lemon and sugar, but no cheese. And lots of wine, for which [livejournal.com profile] the_alchemist probably won't pay me, but never mind.

Sounds wonderful...

Hey, so was it pancake day yesterday? I thought it was last week!

Anyway, if you ask me it sounds like a perfectly balanced meal :)

Here it was Maslenitsa (pre-lent pancake time) last week. Yes here it lasts a whole WEEK, although the most important days are Saturday and Sunday.

So I wasn't eating them early. Anyway, a pancake is for life, not just for Lent.

hmm. you say it in jest but it might be possible...
I'm sure you could make tea pancakes if you used tea as instead of some of the milk for the batter...

YAY pancakes!

I always used to have to make pancakes for my brother and friends as well as for myself, back when I was still living at home. (I make good pancakes ok? AND I can flip them over in the air, so there!) So I'm used to having to make quite a large batch. Now, living on my own I don't really need as much but I din't really remember that and just went along as I always used to do... Well... to make a long story short... I'm STILL eating pancakes. ^_^ (With chocolate sauce or sugar and lemon or jam and cream or maple syrup... *getting fatter but happy all the same*)
