Glastonbury?
Apr. 11th, 2002 10:14 pmStrange how other peoples enthusiasm can sometimes rub off on you. Even though she probably can't get there herself, Val has pursuaded me that working at glastonbury to get in free is a Good Thing, and must be attempted. And assuming I'm successful in finding pepoe to go along with me there, thats where I'm likely to end up at the end of June. Muddy fields here we come!! Hurrah! Doseybat has already shown a very keen interest. Catt not suprisingly hates tents and things - not her thing. Still, I'm a bit apprehensive about it, but I'm already looking forward to it.
Plus I've never ever done glastonbury before. What's it like?

Date: 2002-04-12 07:29 am (UTC)If you want to know what you might be in for on the 'working there' front, check out the webpage here. True its the 2000 website, but they're not very up to date. The application forms on there are incorrect, but the address is still correct and thats where you write to to ask to work there. ASAP if you want to get a decent shift. Pre-glastonbury shift is apparently the best as (1) You don't miss any bands that way. (2) Theres not much litter to pick up!
Drop me an email if you're seriously interested in joining me there.
