That interview meme
Jun. 5th, 2003 06:39 pmI'm sure everyone must have seen it by now, I answer these questions (provided by
ali_anarres and if you want your own 5 questions to answer, post a comment below asking for questions and I'll make up some for you.
1. If you were only allowed to wear one shade of colour, what colour would you go for?
Inevitably, it's going to have to be black really, isn't it. Much that I hate black totally on its own, an live a bit of purple, green or pink to make things a bit more colourful. But I can't imagine myself wearing all pink, for example (although I'm sure some of you could imagine me in pink easily, but you're weird).
2. What one skill would you like someone to wave a magic wand and just make you suddenly have?
Knowing the right thing to say at the right time would be wonderful. Those moment, when just the right words can make things OK, or even truly magical, but only if the right words can be found. I'd like to be able to find those words more often.
3. If you could have someone's job for a week (and be guaranteed you'd do it wonderfully) whose would you pick?
Wouldn't mind a job as an astronaut for a week. But probably only for a week. :)
4. Would you rather have people complement you on your looks or your brains?
Difficult one this, as I've seen both extremes. When at school, I was forever top of the class and highly regarded for my brainpower, but I took no care over my appearance back then, and must have minged totally. In the past few years I've felt a reversal of fortune, and the only compliments I appear to get these days are on my appearance. So I think I'll opt for someone actually seeing the deeper side of me, and complimenting my brainpower again would be nice.:)
5. Are you more likely to be a believer or a skeptic?
A believer. Definitely. I've got my head so far up in the clouds I'm not sure I could be cynical even if I tried. *float* *float* *float*
