Signature collecting at Gotham

Eeeee! Sad fanboy alert. Not only did I managed to get that adorable cute tart Twinkle Lemora to sign the birthday present I gave to the pretty thing, but we practically collided with Patricia Morrison leaving the Camden Palace, so now have her signature too. Eeeeee. This really shouldn't make me so happy, but it has done. Yay! *happysmile*

This weekend I also rediscovered that Belgos do a very fine selection of Belgian fruit beers. Pineapple beer is droooooooooooolworthy. Mmmmmmmm. Yumyum.

You been bitten by the travel bug too? Despite already travelling to Rome, Venice and Prague earlier this year, i'm hoping to go around europe later this year. At least, its a dream to look forward to.

The annoying thing i i've got 2-for-the-price-of-1 eurostar vouchers right now, and need to use them soon, but by the autumn they will have expired. Grrrr.

Same. Haven't been to Prague, but have been to France (i lived there so no shocks!), Venice, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Netherlands generally, lots of Spain and the islands, Belgium, Geneva, Cuba, but only to Paris recently and now i want to travel again *waaah*

Yay for travelling! You've been to lots of exiting places, i'm seething with jealousy at some of those (Cuba!). Well, as I mentioned above, i'll be doing europe (mainly eastern) later in the year. The original plan was to see how far east i could go before i got homesick....definately want to reach St. Petersburg and visit Moscow again. I did have hopes of getting the Trans-siberian to Beijing, but that may be off-limits right now, which is pants. Mainly I guess I'll be travelling alone, but i don't say no if someone wants to tag along for some of it. If you're interested, when I know what my plans are in more detail, i'll let you know. :)

It's more the fact i only get x number of holiday days a year, and have to give x amount of warning before taking off *grrr*

Utobier on Borough Market (right near London Bridge tube) sell all manner of Belgian beers - abdijbieren, fruit lambics, etc.

Although i'd suspect Old Compton Street also does similar, but i've not checked yet.

Hmm, I don't really do signature collection for the sake of the signatures but I do like signed photos now I've picked up a few. It just personalises the art somehow.

Also getting autographs is one of my cunning methods for speaking to actors I want to work with if I ever get my not-so-secret plan off the ground. Of course so far I have more signatures from people I like but am not currently intending to cast but that's also part of the plan ;-)

It's not something i've done before, and it was really emily who's very much in awe of the people concerned, and to get them to sign happy birthday to her was very special for her, i think.

I've not heard about this cunning plan involving actors autographs. Do tell, if you like! :)

Basically I am serious about getting these here audio-plays produced when I get the scripts written and I have several British SF folk that I think would be great for certain of the roles. Hence I need an excuse to wander up to them and have conversations in which I cunningly find out how much I need to pay them.
