New phone and boots!

evil_nick, I have returned to the world of mobile-phone-ownership. To tell the truth, and this may be heresy to the ears of those who cannot-live-without-it, I've actually not missed the thing at all, but hey, they come in very useful at the most unexpected moments, don't they? If you wish to know the number and have managed to escape the emails I've already sent out, then please ask, and I'll gladly tell you the number, unless you're an axe wielding maniac.
Additionally, there was a very evil discount boot shop near to the phone-unlocking place which distracted me somewhat and then made me poorer (although only by a little bit, so that's OK) and now I have new black things with steel anti-toe-sqaushers which looks like they'll take ages for me to lace up. And more importantly, means the boots that died in Italy at new year but I've still been wearing up until now because of lack of other suitable footwear have now had a proper funeral.
