Last nights Calling Setlist

Calling was much fun. I must get there more often, as it is full of pretty people and the music is always good. Me and doseybat spent the entire time using our vantage point in the DJ box commenting on the cuteness (or otherwise) of everyone on the dancefloor, and checking out *exactly* who was eyeing up who, a most fun sport *smallgiggle*. Pity there was very little time to actually socialize with people afterwards, and so there were many people I only talked to very briefly, which was a pity. Anyhows, for anyone interested, the setlist for our set (the middle set), which ended up being a bit cheese-infested, is shown here. Bizarrely, after expecting to be lynched, I was stunned by the number of compliments and offers of drinks for playing such music. *smallsmile* (the below is reconstructed from memory only, so if you think it's wrong, it probably is)

It certainly says something fortunate about them - that none brought antipersonnel weaponry along.

I will never understand the fascination with LCD chart pap. Few things tempt me to never set foot in a goth club ever again, but that's certainly one of them.

But there you go. The goth scene hasn't fundamentally been about music since about 1990, at a guess. Maybe longer.
