fluffymark | Lots of stress, but things are working....

Today was most stressful, but I in the end I've got a lot to show for it. With a flash of inspiration I realised how many of the plots in my thesis could be improved, and then I had the drudgery of going and replotting all my data using the new improved routine, very tedious and stressful, but worth it in the end. And the best bit - 20 whole pages of thesis appeared out of today's work alone. True, quite a lot of diagrams in there, but lots of writing too. Hooray! Go me! :) Aiming to have this Chapter finished by the time I go to Prague.

Oh yes....I'm going to Prague on Thursday! Yay! Only, looking at the weather reports, supposedly it's well below freezing, even in the daytime there. And the first night it may go down to -15C. I asked

snow_leopard to kindly buy me a hat, and I now have a black beret to keep my head warm!!! I think It suits me, but I certainly look strange in it - not used to seeing myself looking like that. We'll see if I get used to it. Must dig out some warm gloves and a scarf too. But....Prague! Yay! Castles and towers and Art Nouveau and Mucha and much prettiness. Oh - and my birthday.

It seems like a huge number of people I know will be going to the Anti War thing on Saturday. 3 different groups of friends of mine (yes, you know who you are) have arranged different meetups. So, um....good luck to all of you going, and make a huge noise and get yourselves heard - I will of course be in Prague, seeing if I can hear you from there! :)

And I plan to come back from Prague via Cambridge - hope to see a few of you at the Calling next week? *bounce*
