Family revelation

I'm 25 and my family is still thowing surprises at me.

My mum phoned just now, and amongst the usual waffle she casually dropped a mention of a great-grandfather of mine. Who was apparently SIR graham savage. A Knight!!??? MY greatgrandaddy was knighted??? Why does it take people 25 years to tell me these things!!! Eeeep.

Hey yeah, that's really cool. Much better than my familial claim to fame...I mean, yours is kind of recent! Everyone has an interesting tale in their family somewhere!

More recent, but I think a knight as an ancestor pales into nothing with your ancestry, who caused scandal in the napoleonic court! *impressed*
