FAIRY TALE

nce upon a time there has a young STARGAZER named LEGOLAS. He was ELEGANTLY SMILING in the PRETTY forest when he met SPARKLY ELROND, a run-away WIZARD from the SHINY Queen GALADRIEL.

LEGOLAS could see that SPARKLY ELROND was hungry so he reached into his GOBLET and give him his AWESOME JELLY. SPARKLY ELROND was thankful for LEGOLAS's JELLY, so he told LEGOLAS a very HUGGABLE story about Queen GALADRIEL's daughter EMILY. How her mother, the SHINY Queen GALADRIEL, kept her locked away in a TOWER protected by a gigantic FISH, because EMILY was so LOVELY.

LEGOLAS SPARKLED. He vowed to SPARKLY ELROND the WIZARD that he would save the LOVELY EMILY. He would HUG the FISH, and take EMILY far away from her evil mother, the SHINY Queen GALADRIEL, and GLITTER her.

Then, all of the sudden, there was a NICE SUNSET and SPARKLY ELROND the WIZARD began to laugh. With a puff of smoke he turned into the gigantic FISH from his story. SHINY Queen GALADRIEL SMILED out from behind a GLITTERSTAR and struck LEGOLAS dead. In the far off TOWER you could hear a BOUNCING NOISE.

My mum used to make up things like this for me on our old ZX81 computer when I was about six. It would generally go something like.

Enter a person
> Miss Vendy [my headmistress]
Enter a food
> fish fingers
Enter a colour
> red
Enter an animal
> crocodile
Enter an adjective
> smelly

Once upon a time Miss Vendy was walking along the road when she saw a red crocodile. It was going to eat her but luckily she had some fish fingers in her bag which were more smelly than Miss Vendy, so the red crocodile ate the smelly fish fingers instead.

...at which point I would collapse in giggles.
