Happy birthday to the Blonde bimbo

Yay! Hurrah for a good birthday party at Joe's place last night. Somehow I ended up spending a few hours of the party playing with Lego. The blonde bimbo had been bought not just one, but two Harry Potter lego sets. He'd already managed to construct the sorting hat, because that was small and simple. Then we had the challenge of constructing Hagrid's house, and we decided to not use instructions, we just used the picture on the box to guide us. And....er......well we didn't get very far. Then Meg cheated and read the instructions and built it. Grrrrr. Joe had managed to bake very good cake, and penny was making cocktails throughout the evening, and they were all yummy! And then it got late and I slept over, and had fun scaring people in the cafe for breakfast this morning. Hooray! :)

And I've just been drinking Whittards 'Dreamtime' Tea. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

That sounds wonderful but I don't think, along with all my other expenses, I'll be able to afford lego (but if you get it for free I shan't complain: which reminds me, hows the search for a new housemate going?). Anyway, it's more the missing the party which I'm peeved about...it wont't be the same doing it elsewhere. Anyhow, I fear I'll be too busy to spend time playing with lego, barring my very first day perhaps (pre Alec Empire gig). I think they do have lego here...in fact I am certain they do, I've seen the logos about, but I've steered clear of "Children's World" here, 'cos I will end up buying half the shop!

*smallsmile* I'd be buying the lego - i wouldn't expect you to pay for it after flying all the way from Moscow. Still, only if you have the time. I don't want to use up all your precios time in London doing silly things when you could be doing things that are so much better.

Oh don't be silly you! You can't buy me stuff! That's no allowed! You need to save your money so you can come over sometime! Anyways, lego is not a silly thing, but I may well be pushed for time...
