Housemate Wanted!!!
Sep. 5th, 2002 10:35 pmA double room will be available to rent from the 16th October. Its a nice
big room with a double bed and would cost £370 per month for one person and £420 for a couple. Bills would be on top of that (one months rent deposit
and one months rent in advance). Note - these are estimates, the landlady may raise the rent although this is unlikely.
The house is situated in a nice area between Leyton and Stratford tube
stations (a short walk or bus ride to either). Its a nice house - with a
big modern kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,
breadmaker, yoghurt maker, toaster, sandwichmaker (yep we like our gadgets).
There is a front room with sofa-bed for when people want to stay over and a
bathroom with bath and shower. We even have a small garden out the back for
barbecues.
You would be sharing with two goth-types, Catt [
snow_leopard] (corporate goth) and Fluffymark [me!] (student), both of whom can cook wicked cakes (bribe bribe)!!!!
