Great British Beer festival
Aug. 8th, 2002 01:57 pmSo yes, london, this week. Lots of beer. And cider and perry and other exciting drinks. Am thinking of going there on saturday afternoon, if i can find anyone else to go with? Someone must be going there, surely? *hops*...oh good typo that should be *hopes* but...i'll not delete it.
Who's up for some beer then? :)
If not i'll know i'll be seeing an awful lot of you at the Resurrection Records thing on saturday evening. Yay! Theres claims on u.p.g that the BBC World Service will be recording at the gig?!? *boggles*

Date: 2002-08-08 06:56 am (UTC)Standard favourites are Old Rosie cider and Lyne Down perry. Both of those have a tendency to run out before the end of Saturday though. Don't try the Lyne Down cider, it's bad.
Also I recommend checking out whatever won the awards this year. It'll be on the Camra website.
