Blue cheese and port

When the stars are right I will finally order a shiny new cooker to replace the one that ended in much fire and doom. In the meantime my dinners are getting stranger and stranger. The ever wonderful Tescos are selling off their excess supply of christmas boxes containing a bottle of port and a large jar of blue stilton for £4. This has the benefits of being very nice, and not needing cooking. So is therefore perfectly valid dinner in my book. Yummy!

B-Movie are doing a “Lost Boys” themed 80s night on Friday, and I am planning to be there. Anyone else bouncing along? I’ve not been out dancing in months, so I hope to see lots of you lovely people! *hopefulsmiles*

Oh and I’ll be in Cambridge at the weekend. I have lots of time to kill when Nini is working in mornings and evenings. It’s either anime or cake-baking or being sociable. Does anybody want to see me? *wonders*

Yes, I'd like to see you at the weekend. Best time for me is probably around 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon but I can do just about any. It sounds as if afternoon is Nini time though?

I'd really really like to see you. That would be great. 2 o'clock hardly the best time for me - am probably going to be ninified all afternoon. Saturday evening 6-9 or sunday morning 10-2 are better times. Also, point me to your mobile number, as I don't seem to have it, and it might be useful in finding you, and sorting out exactly when to meet.

I'm sorry, it's looking like the times you're free correspond almost exactly with the times I'm not free :-( Let me know next time you're in Cambridge for a weekend; I can likely do 10 o'clock Sunday morning with a bit more notice. Really sorry to let you down like this.

Turns out 2pm would have been a wonderful time to meet, as Nini didn't get out until after 3, and I was sat twiddling my thumbs doing nothing for over and hour. But I didn't know this until the time, and then I couldn't contact you. :(

I might be in Cambridge again this weekend, although Nini isn't working so I have no hours to kill as such, but if you want to meet and IF she's feeling sociable, maybe we can arrange something for you to see both of us? *wonders*
