Just got home to find the Kitchen has burnt down.

Everyone and everything here is safe (and more importantly, is still pretty), except the cooker which was destroyed and the kitchen, which needs lots of cleaning.

Ah, just seen wingedharlequin's post. Whoopsie! Still, no lasting harm done, from the sounds of things. Apart from the soot and cleaning up, of course.

Is the cooker really dead though? I've set cookers on fire like that myself in the past; they usually worked fine after I'd scrubbed them clean....
