I'm not sure whether getting the parents to drive me up from London (the quickest way to get there, ridiculously) and settle me in would be good for me or even more stressful! The whole thing might be ridiculously exhausting, but hey, sometimes you have to take risks. I adore Edinburgh, but I've been cooped up here for nine years. And who knows, I might have an adventure amongst those lunatics who wave skulls around in what looks more like a class. (http://www.shakespeare.bham.ac.uk/life/thursday_pr.htm)
The meme is infecting everybody. As, it would seem, have I: here is the last entry in the "Nile Needs..." (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=%22Nile+Needs%22) GoogleMeme:
I'm scared by mine as well. Apparently I need to stick with day job (haven't worked in years due to illness, and I'm a night owl), a man! (though I'd settle for a woman), a banking system (money would be a start), "her surgery SOON and we want to help her!" (is there something my doctor's not been telling me?), and guns in the beta, whatever that means. Think I'll pass.
Sorry, but you might want to scrap the Vilnius idea. Unfortunately it turns out that the flight I leave on is at 0635 - stupidly early on Saturday morning - so I'll only have Friday afternoon/evening in Vilnius. It's not really worth you making a special trip for that, but...it was a nice idea, huh?

I think that Stratford-upon-avon would be very very good for you. Just take care of yourself and you'll do great. :)
