Gothic pool party

The lovely happygoff has some tickets left for the gothic pool party THIS SATURDAY where a large horde of goths take over Leyton Leisure Lagoon for what will be a lot of fun. So please come along if you’ve not got a ticket already. Contact happygoff if you want a ticket. It’ll be followed by a huge joint house party/BBQ at our place, which you’re welcome to come along to even if you’re not going to the pool party. It’ll be something very special indeed. Yay! *hopefulsqueaks*

The kitchen is filling up with pot noodles. The bathroom constantly smells of Lush. Which can only mean one thing. That wonderful creature wingedharlequin moved in with us, which is a very good thing. Well, maybe not for my diet, but I suspect a “I’m prettier than thou” competition has been declared. We shall see what happens. *confidentsmile*

I may appear to have turned into hermit again, and that is indeed largely the case, what with the move and everything else, I’ve not been out for the past *month*, but I can blame lovely landlord happygoff for providing a lively social life here at home. So bad of her to keep offering all that nice wine. La la laaaaaaaaaaa.

Adorable Lesbian couple of the moment award has to go to the lovely caro7 and mal1 who will be getting “married” in February. Yay to them both for being so right for each other. *bounce*

Are non goths welcome at the BBQ thing at your place? Not entirely sure what I'm doing at the weekend - could really do with a weekend just to recuperate after not having had any weekends free since the beginning of July. And I should be making job applications not staying up all night with goths.

OK, is there a dress code and is there crash space? (doesn't matter if there's not - I'll either leave in time for the last tubes or navigate the night buses). I just know myself - I always procrastinate when it comes to job applications. I'm hopeless at them.

No dress code at all, but bear in mind most people there will be goths shockingly WITHOUT MAKEUP because makeup and swimming pools don't mix well. The spare room is already claimed, so if you need crashspace bring a sleeping bag, or possibly ask doseybat nicely, as she may have space nearby at her parents house.
