Except what will it do for my end of the borough (bearing in mind the council ignores quite a large portion of us anyway) and £20 on council tax for 10 years to pay for it for all of London...

Oh well, at least the French didn't get it, especially after Chirac's recent comments and his whipping up of anti-British sentiment in Europe...
