Ragnarok

I was reading lots about Ragnarok at the weekend, but I still couldn’t prevent the inevitable. I’m sorry. I really tried hard to stop it. But it happened anyway. Don’t blame me.

Surt will fling fire in every direction. Asgard will become a place of raging flame, swirling smoke, ashes, only ashes. The nine worlds will burn and the gods will die. Men, women and children will die, elves and dwarfs will die, giants will die, monsters and creatures of the underworld will die, birds and animals will die. The sun will be dark and there will be no stars in the sky. The earth will sink into the sea, and debian sarge will be released to consume the world.

The earth will rise again out of the water, fair and green. The eagle will fly over cataracts, swoop into the thunder and catch fish under crags. Corn will ripen in fields that were never sown, and fluffymark will suddenly acquire a permanent LJ account.

Oh dear. What have I done? *meep*

P.S. what on earth is the time scheme of your LJ? We're both in the UK, I'm typing this at 2:39 pm, 7 June, and it's coming up as 6 hours later, while your earlier comments from I-have-no-idea-when-but-presumably-not-the-future are coming up as in two hours' time.

Seeing as I've just decided to delete mine.

It's a bit of a long story, but I thought I should at least let you know, so you can mention it to other people (ie Joe and Penny). Nothing goddamnawful, just that, in short, someone at work read some of it, thought some of it was inappropriate/unprofessional and I really can't be arsed to go round deleting it all or making x and y private.

I've never been a good LJ-er anyway :)

My photos page still exists though, so go play with that. :)
