fluffymarkMeh! Can I go back to bed for 4 years? Today I got up and felt very sad for the world. I could really do with a hug right now. *shivers*
You know, it might be a good thing if the UK actually became the 51st state of the USA, rather than the current facade that we pretend we're not. By my reckoning, we’d get a whole 93 Electoral College votes (how are these things calculated?). And hopefully we have enough people here with brains to be able to think about who they vote for. Which would mean 93 Electoral Collage votes for sanity. That would come in handy on days like this. I wonder if the pros of that voting power are worth the cons of being subject to all those horrible federal laws. *ponders*
