Leaving for whitby tomorrow

fluffymarkIt's finally here! This time tomorrow I'll be on my way to whitby! *huzzah* Much bounceiness and celebration to be had.
I'm terrified about having to drive a car there. Call me a silly idiot, but I haven't driven for 3 years, and this evening I will be driving a car through the london rush hour. I'm very very scared that something will go horribly wrong. I *know* I'm not the best driver in the world. Still, it should be an experience.
Am sharing a lovely cottage with catt andemarkienna for the 4 nights there. We couldn't find anyone else who wanted to stay there (even though it could sleep up to 8 people!). Still it works out far far cheaper then a hotel despite this.
Apprehensive about a few other people that will be there. Lots of old friends from cambridge there, which will be good. Also a few of the london people I know. I think it'll be fun. Nervous about the presence of liz from oxford. What she'll think of me I've no idea. Last time I saw her was in february, and I fancied her a *lot* and talked to her and managed to get her email address. Catt and davefish wanted to couple us together and encouraged us. However I failed to email her (i felt a bit forced and didn't want to seem *too* keen) and started a waiting game. Only it backfired and we've not communicated since. And now I'm going to run into her at whitby. I've no idea what to say to her. I'm so crap i'm laughing at myself.
Plus I wonder who else will be there? *smallsmile* Lots of pretty people! Yay!
