Grrrrr to online ordering

I'm having a bad day, despite it being a "day off" because I can't get to work due to the 11th commandment "Thou shalt not cross a picket line" banner just down the road at Leytonstone station.

Tesco have now managed to charge my card *twice* for the large food order they failed to deliver last Friday. They claim our address doesn't exist, despite managing to deliver here very happily several times in the past few months. Muppets. I want my money back!

More annoyingly, I phoned to enquire about the non-appearance of the Trowbridge tickets for myself and doseybat and it appears they have vanished in the post. So much for "Special Delivery" - they got delivered somewhere, but just not here. Aaaaargh. What to do?

And the vast majority of the computer bits I ordered a week ago claiming delivery within 3 days have also similarly failed to appear yet. Meeeeep.

*stress* *stress* *stress* I could so do with something good happening soon.

I'm guessing that whichever mupper who sorted out the refund pressed the wrong button and debited my account a second time instead. Ack :/

Have phoend tescos and shouted at them, and they claim I'll have my money back by Monday. We'll see.

Have you tried asking downstairs to see if they signed for them?
With special Delivery they should be able to give you a name of who signed.

The ticket people are seeing if they can cancel the tickets and should phone back later today and tell me what they can do - if neccessary I'll get in contact with Royal Mail and find the name of who signed for it.

Surely if it turned up downstairs they'd have sense to put it through our mailbox? Or have they kept things being delievered to you?

Somewhat happier now - my computer bits have all arrived! Yaaaaaaaaaaay!

Plus theres a load of small packages for you.
