You're correct, yes, this isn't as significant as the 1914 assasination. However, it got me thinking something similar *could* happen - i'm sure there must be a few people out there who would be willing to assassinate George Bush (after all, they've managed to bump off quite a few Presidents who were undoubtably better), and such an event would cause mayham.
