Waterglass gig

Last night i went to see Rose (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
happygoff) play at gossips in her band Waterglass (waterglassuk) and they were fab! I've never seen gossips so packed on a tuesday ever before - the place was practically full before 9pm. Emily had brought a bag full of rose petals, as it was Rose's birthday, and during one of the songs a group of us threw them onstage all over Rose! Yay! She really liked that!
The place was full of people i'd not seen in ages, which was a good thing, and i spent a lot of time darting from one person to another doing the social butterfly thing. Notably Alex cumber now has an Andi Penguin hairstyle. Slightly scary. At some point someone was hading out free icecream - which was nice as it was *hot* in there, although i'd remembered to pack the feathery pink fan! :)
Emily left soon after midnight with Rose (me and Tristan were press-ganged into carrying Rose's huge keyboard outside to a waiting taxi) and I then stayed until the end (which was actually 3am, not 1 as i thought).
Got back home around 4:30am. This morning found me being a not very awake princess.
