Pretty! Yay! :)
Spent an enjoyable afternoon at the Tate Modern with the pretty duranorak, looking at the pretty and surreal things, and talking about pretty people. Yay! :)

Feeling lonely again now. House is empty, catt is away, and other people are unreachable. Anyone with suggestions to ease my loneliness will be welcome. *smallhope*

Yay to duranorak for making the world pretty. She's such a sweet sensitive person, all happily excitable and enchanting.

And yay to you tish for just replying to this and making me feel less lonely. If i knew your telephone number i may have phoned, but it's a bit too late this evening now. Maybe another time? :)

Solidarity for the loneliness! *Hugs* It's the one thing I've never really got used to this year. I've just had a wonderful weekend seeing lots of lovely friends and relations, which I actually found rather overwhelming, and now on my own again during the day, until Nick comes home in the evening. Hmmmm...

Suggestions? Well, meditating always makes me feel a bit more at home with myself, which does tend to help a bit. Try sitting somewhere comfortable, and following your breath (counting them helps) for 5-10 minutes or so. Try to maintain a half-smile while doing so, and don't worry if your mind wanders - just bring it very gently and affectionately back to your breath.
