I've been toying with the idea of setting up a real-time epistolary novel reading group for a while (the last attempt bombed though), and then eye_of_a_cat came up with the idea of posting the extracts and creating character journals for them. It's a total gimmick, of course, but judging from the frighteningly large number of people who have joined, it's working. See you there, then?
