And if you want a non-Londoncentric handling, you could always try to dregde up a copy of "Bomb on Spaghetti Junction", which I think was subtitled "The effects of a 1-Mt airburst over Gravelly Hill Interchange, Birmingham". Of course, the obvious answer is that it woud create hundreds of square miles of improvement . . .
Also worth trying to find would be the original Beyond The Fringe monologue on the subject of deterrence and civil defence. My parents have it on reel-to-reel tape somewhere. I reely must digitise all that stuff.
