I've a keen interest in the Mars mission. The possibility of life on other planets was always a popular side-topic of my main PhD subject of planet formation. Nowadays I'm less up to date with the current ideas on exobiology that I was last year, however the current observations on mars are already a breaktrhough - definate evidence of past water in vast quantities. It makes for all sorts of exciting scenarios for life! *excited*
